Can I change the dates of my booking?

Yes, as long as the booking is made at a flexible rate and the change is made within the change period, which varies between 2 and 7 days in advance, depending on the season.

Can I cancel my booking? What are the conditions? Are there any costs?

Only bookings made at the flexible rate can be cancelled. With the non-refundable rate, the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded, and the full amount will be charged even in the absence of the guest.

Under the flexible rate, the booking can be cancelled free of charge under the following conditions:

- For stays from 1 November to 30 April, cancellation is free of charge up to 2 days before arrival.

- For stays from 1 May to 31 October, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

Payment for the first night will be automatically charged to your card provided during the booking process 7 days before the day of arrival. After the deadlines indicated, one night’s stay will be charged for the cancellation of your reservation. If you have not cancelled your booking and do not show up at the hotel during the dates of your booking, you will also be charged the value of one night’s stay.

These conditions only apply to bookings made through the official Hotel Yaramar website. Bookings made through agencies and online platforms outside the hotel may apply other conditions and cancellation fees.

Can I make a provisional booking?

Provisional bookings are not possible. To confirm a booking, we require personal details of the client and a credit card guarantee, and the corresponding cancellation policy applies.

Can the prices change?

Yes, they can change daily and are not fixed.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Hotel Yaramar? Do you offer a late check-out option?

- Entry to the rooms is possible from 14:00 (2pm).
- You must leave the rooms before 12:00 (12pm).

Late check-out is possible between 15:00 (3pm) and 18:00 (6pm), subject to availability and with an extra cost.

What forms of payment are accepted at the hotel? What types of cards are accepted?

You can pay in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer. For card payments, we accept Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Red 6000, Maestro, and AMEX.

Do all rooms have a sea view?

The rooms offer side or frontal sea views. Panoramic views can be guaranteed for an additional supplement.

What is the maximum capacity of the rooms?

The maximum capacity is 3 persons.

Do you have rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility?

Hotel Yaramar has semi-adapted rooms for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility, with handrails in the bathroom.

Do all the rooms have a balcony?

Yes, all of them have a furnished balcony for two people.

Do the rooms come equipped with a fridge?

Yes, please ask for this service at reception.

Do you have tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms?

Yes, all our rooms have tea and coffee making facilities for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own space.

Would it be possible to request an extra bed in the room?

Yes, in the double room with side views, double room with frontal views, and superior room with frontal views. Ask at reception for the extra supplement for an extra bed.

Can I know the room or floor I will be allocated, as well as the type of bed?

This cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to availability on the day of arrival.

What languages does the Hotel Yaramar team speak?

Our team can communicate in Spanish, English and French.

Is there a parking service?

Yes, we have an underground car park at an extra cost. Places are limited according to availability on arrival.

Is there a laundry and ironing service?

Yes, but it’s not included in the price of your reservation. Please ask our team about the supplement cost.

Do you have a 24-hour reception service?

Yes, we have a 24-hour reception service.

Is there a safe in the room, how much does it cost, and how big is it?

Yes, all rooms come equipped with a safe. It is a completely free service. The dimensions are small, so certain items may not fit.

Is there a luggage storage service?

Yes, it is free of charge, available 24 hours a day, and for the exclusive use of our guests.

Do the rooms have a shower or bathtub?

Most of our rooms have a shower, although we do have some rooms with a bathtub.

Is there a hairdryer?

Yes, in all our rooms.

Does the hotel have beach towels?

Yes, you can ask for them at Reception, where you’ll be given a corresponding ticket.

Is there an option to upgrade the room I’ve booked?

Yes, it’s possible to upgrade to any of our rooms at an additional cost.

Do you offer electric charging services for vehicles?

We have an electric charging station available for your vehicle in our car park. We are committed to sustainability and the comfort of our guests.

Are there irons in the rooms?

If you need to use an iron and ironing board, simply let our reception staff know and they’ll bring them up to your room.

Do you have international TV channels?

Yes, there are British TV channels.

Is there WiFi access and is it free of charge?

Yes, in all our facilities.

If my flight is delayed, can you prepare a cold dinner for us?

Yes, we have them prepared in the restaurant for the comfort of our guests.

Do you offer dance classes?

Yes, we offer free dance classes as part of our activities.

Do you have live music and a dance space in the hotel?

Yes, we have live music every night.

Do you run activities during the day?

Yes, we have daytime entertainment 6 days a week.

Do you have a heated swimming pool?

Yes, the outdoor pool is heated during the winter season.

Do you have a gym?

Yes, we have a gym with a sauna and indoor jacuzzi.

Does it cost anything to use the gym, swimming pool or jacuzzi?

No, access is free of charge.

Is it possible to watch football at the hotel?

Yes, in the Card Room.

Is there any cost to use the Beauty Centre?

Yes, all the treatments and beauty services imply an extra cost.

How do I get to the hotel?

Our Location section details the variety of ways you can arrive.

Do you have an airport transfer service?

Yes, the hotel has a transfer service provided by the Transfers and Experiences company.

How far is Yaramar from the city centre?

About 20 minutes’ walk along the promenade.

Do you have a car rental service?

Yes, we have a car hire office on our premises. It’s an independent company and not part of the hotel. Therefore, we cannot assume direct responsibility for its management.

Is there a full board or all-inclusive option, and are drinks included?

At Yaramar, we offer half board with breakfast and dinner. Drinks are not included.

Is there a lunch service?

At Yaramar, we offer breakfast and dinner service.

Are there vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options?

Yes, please check with our team upon arrival at the hotel to ensure your dietary and allergen needs are met.

What are the meal times?

Meal times depend on the season. They can be found on our official app and information boards.

What is the last meal service on the day of departure?

Regardless of the type of board, breakfast will be the last meal service offered on the day of departure.

Are meals served waiter service or à la carte in the restaurant?

All our restaurant services are buffet style.

Are children and babies allowed, and are there activities and facilities for children?

Yes, children and babies are allowed, but Hotel Yaramar is dedicated to and specialised in adult guests. We do not have special packs, facilities or activities for them. From 3 years onwards, the price they would pay is the same as 1 adult.

Are pets allowed?

Hotel Yaramar does not allow pets. However, we do make an exception for assistance animals, as established in our regulations.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is only allowed in the outdoor areas, such as the balconies of the rooms and the common terrace.

Is there a dress code for the restaurant?

Formal attire is requested during dining hours. Sportswear and swimwear are not permitted.

Does the hotel have sun loungers on the beach?

Hotel Yaramar has sun loungers on the beach by the Chiringuito Rivera. Guests can make use of this service at an additional cost. Check our discounts for guests at Reception.
