Celebrating World Ethics Day by leading with values

Día Mundial de Ética, World Ethics Day, Código ético, Ethical Code, compromiso, commitment, Ml Hoteles, Hotel ángela, Hotel Yaramar 16/10/2024

Today we celebrate World Ethics Day, a day that encourages us to reflect on the importance of acting with integrity in all areas of our lives. This day, celebrated every third Wednesday of October, reminds us that ethics is not only a set of rules, but a guide to make responsible decisions that have a positive impact on our environment, both personally and professionally.

At ML HOTELES, the group to which Hotel Yaramar and Hotel Ángela belongs, we join in the tribute to this day by sharing our Ethical Code, a commitment we make to our employees, guests, suppliers and the community in general. This document establishes fundamental principles and values that guide all our activities:

    • Mutual commitment: Always putting ourselves in the place of guests and employees, thus achieving a pleasant working environment that helps us to meet all efficiency objectives.
    • Sustainability: Carrying out our activity following standards of good governance, respect for the environment and social sensitivity.
    • Ethics: Always seeking to act responsibly and without any form of discrimination, both internally and externally, with a high commitment from the Management.
    • Continuous improvement: We are committed to the constant search for excellence and improvement in all our operations and services, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development to achieve maximum satisfaction of both our guests and our employees.
    • Hospitality: Offering a warm, friendly, and welcoming treatment to our guests, so that they feel at home during their stay.
    • Creativity: Trying to innovate and keep the company well positioned in the sector, to offer a service in line with market demands.

Today more than ever, ethics is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to learn more about our practices on our website and join us in this mission.
